Moved and seconded!  I was shocked NOT to see PT3.1 listed!

I haven't found a board YET that will accept my QWK packets (and none of
the
boards I call have PC-based characters in the packet's name).  This
makes
owning the program a really interesting thing -- I spend the time to
download
and reply, and then these boards tell me my .REPs are not in valid form.
 (And
yes, I'm using 1.09b with the update 1 mods.)

And what's the deal with the editor?  It scrolls quoted text past me and
leaves
me on line 0 (of the editor) of a blank screen.  I have to hit cnt-V and
Esc to
see where I am in relation to previous txt!
