It's freeware. Tom Larson is on the Fido Int'l Apple ][ echo. Namefix was written as a patch to accompany 2qwk! a mailer for qwk mail packets. There is a new version of both available on his host BBS. I'll upload them on cco.caltech.edu after I get them.
