I ordered a ZipGS from Alltech. It came DOA. I sent it back, and had another one shipped to me at the same time. Iordered the replacement 2nd day UPS, but it's the third day, and no ZipGS. So I asked the woman at Alltech what happened, and she tracked the package for me and then refunded my $3.25 since I didn't get it on the 2nd day. Nice people.
