To follow up on the previous post, yes DBMaster Version 5 is a good 
shareware/freeware (not sure of it's status right now) database program.  
However, I think the original poster was wanting something simple that 
operates under GS/OS.  DBMaster is a 8-bit program.  It also has a fairly 
steep learning curve. --
