Need "Apple ][e for Dummies " Reccomendations.

A friend of mine, a teacher, recently acquired an Apple ][e.  She is NOT
a computer freak. ( I am ).

She needs reccomendations for books analogous to "DOS for Dummies" and
"windows for Dummies".

Please e-mail your favorite recomendations/reading list.  I'll sum to The
Net.

I can't help her since I'm an OS/2 type.
