I am *not* absolutely certain.  The mailing list may also be inactive;
it is not mentioned in the comp.sys.apple2 FAQ.  (Was it ever?)

Steve Craft has been a noted HyperC devotee in the past; if he is
still about, I'm sure that he would be able to help you.

The "official" repository is located at calvin.sfasu.edu.  Other
sites, such as cco.caltech.edu, also hold miscellaneous HyperC
