Re: sticky IIc keyboard

I have several IIc's and the sticky feel on the keys is a normal trait of
the older version (original 1984 IIc).  The keyboard that is sticky is the
kind made in Atlanta.   Smoother keyboards made elsewhere than Atlanta were
used in the later versions.
