Music composer and Splash Edit hosed.

Both Music Composer and Splash Edit are missing their final parts. There
is an archive of music composer on cco in incoming/, but it's incomplete
as well.
I've checked this at two independant sites, so I don't think it's a propogation
error. Brian, please repost :)
(Especially Music Composer... if it's any good, I'm gonna have fun with this
one :-)
