Sys 6.1 HD troubles

I've got system 6.1 for my GS (4meg ram, 100meg HD, Zip chip, Apple scsi dma, superdrive card + AE FDHD, sound blaster)

I have problems with HFS fst; it fails to read correctly data from HFS partition on my
hard disk: I copy a file from this partition to a diskette, finder creates the file but without the correct data, another example is to lanch a program from the HFS partition, the computer go in text mode and the loader tells that the program dont have the correct OMF format.

I have tried with a system disk created by Installer with the same problems.
The only solution for me is to install in a 6.1 system the 6.0 HFS fst and the problem goes away.

Can someone help me ?
