No, you don't have to pay for it. You can get it at your local user group,
or get it from bric-a-brac.apple.com (in the dts directory ... forgot
exactly where, but you'll doubtlessly find it :).

If you are a subscriber to GS+ (highly recommended, BTW), you can also send
them empty disks in a SASE and they'll copy it for you.
