Wierd looking gif's with SHRconvert

	I got my hopes up that I could use a converted gif for a desktop
	background then the wierdness began. 

	What I'm saying is that using SHR Convert my pictures get a real 
	strange set of colors when used on the desktop. They almodst look like
	negatives of the pictures. Afriend of mine suggested that it might
	have somthing to do with the desktop pallate(sp?).

	Anyone have any suggestions? (If it matters it does it under both 6.0 and
	6.0.1)
