You can also create your own disk librarian program if you have
ProSEL. The AUTOCOPY program had a routine to go through a directory
(and subdirectories) finding all of the files in them. It used this
information to move the files to your ram drive. This would work
quite well for getting the information you need to a file.
Also, you can do what another person did. (If I remember this
correctly) You can, in an Applesoft program, do a CATALOG and then
read in the information which is being sent to you.
Lastly, AmperWorks (did it get it right this time??? :) ) gives you
the capability to read directories. AmperWorks is from the Morgan
Davis Group. I do not remember if there is a DOS 3.3 version, but in
any case, you can use it to get a listing of the files in the current
directory. :)
