I was about to purchase a copy of Chessmaster 2100 when I saw these posts
(yes, Marc, I got your reply to my mail message: thanks!). I had also
looked at Battle Chess, but I had gotten the impression from a couple of
people that it ended up being rather painfully slow watching the graphics
after a while.
Is there a consensus about Chessmaster 2100? I understand that it is a P16
application, so it will run under GSOS off a hard drive (right?). Is there
something better out there for the GS? I already have Sargon III for the
C-64: can anyone say how Chessmaster 2100 compares to that in terms of
reliability, features, and capability?
Email is great, or reply to this posting.
Thanks,
Bill
