MIDI Synth Christmas songs

This morning I posted an archive containing 18 Christmas songs to
comp.binaries.apple2. I've had trouble getting on to cco.caltech.edu,
but will keep trying to send the archive there.

These songs all originally appeared in alt.binaries.sounds.music as
"raw" MIDI files; I wrote a program (MIDI Surgeon) to do the
translation, optionally discard unusable entries, juggle track/channel
assignments, choose an instrument file, etc. It will appear in the
Jan/Feb '94 issues of GS+ Magazine (including full ORCA/C and Rez
source code).

I've tested MIDI Surgeon by converting dozens of MIDI files; as time
permits, I will upload those that sound good.

[Since MIDI Surgeon is done, I may get back to waveLAB after the
Christmas holidays.]
