See if I can remember it right... 

3.0.1c fixes some problem with floticals
3.0.1d don't think this one was too popular (few or no one have it)
3.0.1e the latest, allows the mounting of ISO-9660 (9600?  I think it's
       the high-sierra format) CD-ROMs

So if you don't have floptical nor CD-ROM, no real need to upgrade.
