Pass.  The only documentation I've seen on the ProFile is the manual
that comes with the drive.  Apple will have internal documentation for
repairing the drives, but I doubt they will repair them any more (they
are about eleven or twelve years old).

I have (on loan) the Apple III and Apple II documentation for the
ProFile, along with the interface card, cable and a 5 megabyte drive.

Nope.  The ProFile uses a unique interface which is not used for any
other type of disk drive.  It is some kind of simple bidirectional
parallel interface.

The ProFile can be used on an Apple II or Apple III (a ProFile
interface card is required in each case, and there is a different one
for the Apple II and Apple III).  It can also be used on a Lisa; I
think the interface for the ProFile is built into the Lisa.

There are two models of the ProFile: the original 5 megabyte drive,
and the later 10 megabyte drive.  As far as I can remember, the later
model cannot be used on the Apple II unless you get a ROM upgrade for
the interface card.
