No it is NOT! I just bought the keyboard II and I hate the layout very much.
OK, maybe it is still all right for Ctrl and Caps to switch position, but
placing ESC at that stupid position is too much. I used many machines at
my work place, and used editor like vi who needs to press ESC a lot... and
this stupid layout will only drive me mad.

And of course, if you do ESC-ijkl in Applesoft programming, it is very
difficult to do two finger typing ike this...

I would trade this keyboard to another GS keyboard...
