Joe Kohn has not posted the announcment that SSII issue 3 has been shipped yet.
I presume, from his conspicuous absence on the news groups, that he is in
the final throws of getting issue #3 "out the door".
	I know nothing about II Alive, other than I do not recall seeing an
issue in quite a while. Quality Computers has an account on Genie.
