rev. D is a compact version of rev. C boards.  It got the supporting
chips into a ASIC.  So it's smaller, and produces less heat.  It's
upgradable to 1mb cache.  Other minor stuff include 1 jumper block
instead of 7 (or so) dip switches.  It can DMA into non-DMA compatible
memory boards if a TWGS is not present (is this a feature of rev. D 
or ROM?)...
