Umm ... are you sure that you have special characters that are _not_ already
included in the normal fonts? You can get at the special chars with
option-e key (for accent forward I think), option-i key, option-n key,
option-u key .... did I forget one? I don't have the complete list
here at the moment, but it _is_ possible to get at the extra chars.

If you have a French Canadian keyboard and want the key you type to match
the character printed on it, you need to alter Sys.Resources (replace
an rMenu and add an extra rKTransTable). I'm sure some French guy already
did that ...
