Matt, why doesn't Apple just do two things: 1) Fix the StyleWriter I
driver, and 2) Write a StyleWriter II driver. Maybe even GrayShare in
65816!
The price/performance of the SWII gives good competition to the B/W HP
inkjets, but I can bet that there are more HP's connected to Apple II's
than there are StyleWriters.
Maybe (probably) Apple considers the II market too small to worry about.
Well tell you what, if I ever get a Mac, I will get a printer that works
with both it and my GS. And right now that will be an HP. Please
forward my comments to somebody at Apple that might care about profit and
market share. Thanks.
