Yes. It is called "Programmer's Reference for System 6.0" and is
published by Byte Works. You can buy it through Resource Central for
US$45. There should be an update for System 6.0.1 coming out soon.

To say the least. The book covers all the new toolsets in System 6,
as well as changes in GS/OS and in existing toolsets, plus a chapter
on calling Finder (needed if you're writing Finder Extensions). The
book is 468 pages.
If you want to write programs which take advantage of System 6, you
need this book as well as the first three volumes of the Toolbox
Reference manuals, and the GS/OS Reference manual.
