True Cost of AppleWorks 4.0

There has been a lot of talk about AppleWorks 4.0 and the great
functionality it adds for an upgrade fee of $79. However, I've not
seen the question of the "total cost" of upgrading for those of us
that have a some amount of TimeOut applications that are and are not
included to some degree in AppleWorks 4.0. Below I've listed my
personal TO applications. I'd like someone from Quality Computers to
reply with an item by item detail of just what it is going to cost me
to upgrade. (I've heard one rumor that said the package would have the
facility to upgrade "some" of the applications.)

except Data Converter. Perhaps it is part of TimeOut itself? Also, I
believe some of them are part of another TO application i.e., as I
remember SideSpread provided several additional applications.

I use a TON of patches from Companion and SuperPatch. It would be nice
to hear that some/all of the functionality of the above is built-in,
however, please detail what parts are not included and if they will be
lost forever.

Finally, just as I finished the above a friend showed me a mailing
from Quality about 4.0 that details how much it would cost to 'buy'
many of the TO utilities I already have. There is no mention of an
upgrade policy. If there isn't an upgrade policy it looks to me that
it will cost:

 $79.00   AppleWorks 4.0 upgrade
 $94.95   Decision Pack - ReportWriter, SideSpread, and Graph
 $39.95   UltraMacros 4.3

$213.90   Total

This still doesn't address all of the TOs above and:
Companion, SuperPatch, and RepairWorks questions. From my perspective,
4.0 is becoming somewhat pricy.
