Question about AW 4.0

Hello all
  I have a question regarding apple works 4.0.  One of the problems I had  
with AW 3.0 was that I couldn't use my AE patch for my Ramworks III card  
to extend the # of records and # of line in the wp and still use the  
timeout patch.  I should be able to do both but after calling AE and  
Quality all I got was one or the other but not both.  This is a real bumer  
because I have plenty of Ram (3megs) in my IIE to do both.  Anyway I was  
wondering if 4.0 took care of this problem.  As a side note I was  
wondering if I still need to use my TWII patch so that AW recognizes my
