That may be so, but most of us who speak English as a first language interpret
the phrasing "the only system that multi-tasks is the Manager" as meaning that
"no other system multi-tasks". I think James is correct in assuming it's
another case of SHS being not-so-vaguely insulting towards Jawaid and Procyon.
