Heh, wow. One does exist. .. that means there's more. ;-)

APPLE COMPUTER

The ASSY: 630-4525 is missing from that one
The labels for OSC1, UT17, UT14, UT8, UT6, UT4, UT2 and UT1, among
others are moved to get away from vias (unmasked areas)

The released one has "Apple II 3.5" Disk Controller Card" instead of
the APPLE COMPUTER on it.

The PCB # on that one is 820-0500-01 where as the release is 820-0500-
A

The PCB layout seems very close if not identical, component placement
and values, trace routing, etc.

I'd be interested to have a dump of that ROM ..
