It's probably down for some reason--I've seen that happen a few times. To
check if it's connected type "ping wuarchive.wustl.edu" from the unix
prompt. This will send a data packet to wuarchive and wuarchive will send it
back if it's up, and your unix system will tell you some statistics on the
connection (ie, net speed, etc...) If it doesn't send the packet back, well,
something is amiss...
