//c dumb terminal

I have a //c system and recently purchased a modem.  However, just at that
exact moment (or so it seemed) the internal drive broke.  So I would like
to know if there is any way to operate my Hayes SmartModem from the
terminal ie PR#2, IN#2....

any help that could be e-mailed to me would be GREATLY appreciated.
