I don't know who is servicing them now but my old Sider (actually a 
Franklin DataX 10) worked forever until just recently when it dropped 
about 3 inches (maybe 6") on the desk and my 10 megs became 5 megs.

Anyway just recently a friend of mine needed to get his working again 
when he blew up the controler rom and after burning it for him off my old 
card, I also gave him what software I had to reformat it (low level).  I 
still have it up on my system if you need a copy.  So call and apply for 
an account and you can d/l it at your leisure.
