Shrinkit

I'm trying to deshrink files on my Apple IIc with one disk drive.  
Unfortunately, when I unshrink a file to the same disk, I often get a "OUT OF 
ROOM" error.

Is there a way to read a shrinked file on one disk, and unshrink that file to 
another disk while only using ONE disk drive?
