Dead Dead Dead

My machine seems to have died.  Whenever I turn it on I get
a screen with 4 options.  1=Control Panel 2=60 MHZ 3=50 MHZ
4=Continue startup.  Pressing 4 does nothing, just brings me
back to the same screen.  I can go into the Control Panel
and change stuff but it never stays (looks like the battery
maybe???).  It won't boot from any drive (Hard, 3.5, 5.25).
When I hit control-apple-reset I get the self-diagnostic
test (it says System Good).  I'm at a loss.  Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
