More blatant Pegasus plugging:

A Pegasus with 88megs costs close to $400.  A bare one is $180. And it even
comes with a "delay pin" that you stick in one of your card slots that will
make sure the computer doesn't come on until the drive comes up to speed.
This means that the first time you cold boot your machine, you have to wait
a period (user configurable) of 2-28 seconds, depending on your hard drive.
I have a 220meg HP mechanism in my Pegasus, and I have to wait 2 seconds
after hitting the on switch.  If I was using an old Seagate mechanism I might
have to wait 13 seconds.  Because the Pegasus is the power supply, there's
no problem waiting for online devices to come to speed, since you aren't
allowed to work until the whole system is ready.
