Interesting...so far on my Rev C, 3.0L RamFAST, I've only successfully
booted into P8 by hitting the '8' on the numeric keypad.  I only have 4
partitions on my hard drive, but hitting '8' on the main keyboard hasn't
worked so far (could just be I'm not hitting it at the right time).
