Well, I know a way to hook up an AppleTalk network to an ethernet network.
It just happens to be the same way that Miami University allows their
precious macs share a network with the IBM's. first you would use a device
called a star controller made by Farrlon which is the AppleTalk hub, and
then from there you connect that to another device called an InterRoute 5
this wonderful device allows appletalk to acess Ethernet. but the only
problem is that it is not very cost-effective if you are on a low budget.
I'm sorry that I don't know much more than the physiscal setup of the
of the network, but I hope that this could help somebody.
