There's a whole newsgroup devoted to this -- alt.emulators.ibmpc.apple2.
Its FAQ (available on rtfm.mit.edu) should answer all your questions.
(According to the FAQ, there is one //e emulator called ZaniWok. I won't
say more than this, because I haven't used it personally.)
