     Ugh, I think FTP-by-mail should definitely be implemented in
some fashion.   One of the reasons I contributed was so that ALL (or
at least MOST) of the Apple II world could obtain files from this
archive.  There are many people on the 'net without direct FTP
access, but who are still dedicated Apple II users.
