Right if the RGB connector is outputting sound on pin 11 then this particular scart cable (from ebay) must have been wired inside. The other RGB Scart cable i have is from vintageware doesn't have sound and that is the one i have used before. At least mystery is solved :)
Thats weird. I used to have an old Amiga monitor (which has since died) with SCART input setup for the kids connteced using a Vintageware SCART cable, and it used to get the sound coming through.
