Yes, I would like them.  Stick them to cco.caltech.edu, if they'll take
it.  grind has lots of space left I think.  If not, you can stick them
on netcom.com:pub/fmlin, and I will keep them there for few days.

No idea about your part two question.  But I believe TypeWest is the
true type fonts WestCode sells, the font display/manager thing is 
called TypeSet.
