BBros Superforms??

Help!
 
Do you use BBros Superforms? I am looking for a simple table grid
that I can use as a gradebook. That is, The first colum about 30
characters wide for student names divided by horizaontal lines, and
then vertical lines every 5 characters, say, to mark off assignments.
 
One form-fill only, to pull names in from a data base. If you have
something like this, _please_ e-mail me. After too long trying to make a
nice looking form with no success, I thought I'd "rely on the kindness of
strangers"  *8-)
