My Apple II (with II+ roms) has: 0: Saturn 128k ram card 1: CFFA #1 2: Super Serial Card (SSC) 3: Carte Blanche (was Microsoft Z80) 4: Uthernet 5: Echo II 6: Disk II 7: CFFA #2 Now that I Have the Carte Blanche card, I think I need to move things around a little, but I'm still trying to think what is the best config.
