Yup, I saw them at the Apple Expo West in April at the Parsons
Engineering booth. "Burger" Bill Heineman was there to sell them. I think
they are called the Focus Hard drive.

They are supposed to be able to run on any Apple II with slots, and I
think there were 20, 40, and 80 meggers on sale there. There's also an
option of you buying your own drive and having them mount it on a card.

Since they were ready and selling at the show, I think they are generally
available, though I don't know if there is an official outlet you can
order them from. I have thier business card somewhere, but I'll have to
hunt for it, since I haven't organized my misc. paperwork after my move.
