I've tried the INIT repeatedly over the past year, with various
configurations of INITs and DAs.  In fact, the only things that have
been installed every time I activated the INIT are Nifty List and
GSBug.

Still, I'll play with it some more and see if I can narrow down the
problem.  I'd like to figure this out, since there are several
programs that use Hierarchic that I'd like to use. :)
