Zip Cable question

Hi folks!

How hard is it to order a new cable for my Zip GS from Zip Technology?
What's their phone #?  The dummy processor has basically split at the cable
on my zip, and I'm getting strange crashes upon powerups especially..
How difficult is it to replace this cable?
