Tech request about IIe monitor

Hi there. An acquaintance of mine has a IIe composite monitor with some
sort of malady. He thinks something's wrong with the vertical sync.
Anyway, what he needs is a technical diagram and  service data
for the monitor. If somebody could tell me where one could acquire these
things, for little or no money, he would be most appreciative. The monitor
has the following specs:


Model: A2M6021
Serial #: T118457
Date: June 1987
