Depends on the means by which the CDs are made.  I have a postcard at
home that came in a packet with some COMDEX stuff that has prices for
what would appear to be conventional CD-ROM mastering methods.  As I
recall, they weren't exactly cheap...not only were there costs for
materials and production, but there were also costs associated with
data transfer (ridiculously expensive if you hand them a stack of
floppies, a bit more reasonable if you give them SyQuest/Bernoulli
cartridges, tapes, or hard drives).

OTOH, if you can find someone with access to a CD recorder, blank
media costs are supposed to be $40 or so.  I think equipment costs are
in the $4-5K range.
