Sean:
	I have two phone numbers for Apple, and they are no easier to get here
in the states.  One is customer service @ (800)776-2333 (I think, I haven't
used this one for quite a while), and the other is customer suport at
(800)SOS-APPL.  You will need a touch tone phone, and _a_lot_ of free time. 
When I have called either number I have been on the line for at least an hour.  
	Apple guards these numbers I guess to keep everyone with problems in
dealers faces, and not bothering important people.
