PC --> Apple][

hi, all..

not being a regular on this group, i need some help.

i've hunted around some of the archives, but i couldn't
find anything.. i'm looking for a utility of one of the
two following forms:

a) allow writing to an Apple][ diskette from a PC
b) allow reading from an MSDOS formatted disk on an Apple][

is there such a tool?

all help (ie: ftp sites, filenames, directories) _greatly_
appreciated.
