Apple ][ broken, what I to do?

Hello,

    My old Apple ][ doesn't work anymore.  I plug it all it and turn it on, 
but nothing at all happens.  Just a spot or two when I flick the on switch.
And thats only because its making a connection.  But the drives don't boot, and
the screen remains blank. 
    Anybody got any ideas what is wrong?
