System 6.0.1 BUGS....

System 6.0.1 system BUG report

Since installing 6.0.1, I have been attempting to iron out wrinkles
which have been crashing my system with the 6.0 setup.

TransProg III -  Under the sub-menus, I have not been able to select
-------------    any item past the fifth item in any sub-menu.
 
For example, if I had a menu category with games and in that sub-menu
I had six or seven titles to choose from, I can not choose the sixth
or seventh title in that sub-menu. The cursor gets to the fifth menu
item and automatically launches that application.
 
I never had any problems of this nature with System 6.0 installed.
 
 
 
Hard Pressed -  This is new to me. I have just installed HP. I never
------------    had Hard Pressed installed when I was operating with
                System 6.0
 
The problem occurs at random when in the finder. The menu bar in the
finder disappears and the system locks up. The mouse pointer moves
freely around the screen, however it is inoperative. The only way to
restore the finder is to OA-CNTL-RESET (reset the system).

I know there is something in my System folder that 6.0.1 doesn't like.
I just don't know what it is yet. If you have any suggestions, please
let me know...
 
By the way... I am using a 7Mhz 4MB ROM1 GS.
