Yes, Twilight II v1.1 has been shipping since April.  It is a complete
rewrite of Twilight I and many people are quite pleased with it.  You
can order it from Resource Central or Big Red right now, or if you
already have Signature or Desktop Enhancer, competitive upgrades are
